Repaired the electrics today.
On our way back from Normandy the dynamo failed to charge.
Tested the dynamo and the dynamo works fine.
The electronic regulator was tested and apears to OK
Replaced the old battery and and checked out the connectors.
The connectors on the dynamo were faulty, cleaned and the dynamo is charging again.
Took the bike out for a 45 mile ride, in the dark, and problem is solved.

Replaced the rear tire. Due to the bad weather this weekend not been out for a ride

Minus 6,  5:45 local time in the morning, my commuters bike the Honda CB400 fails to start.
The always reliable Triumph brings me to work.
Not happy with the performance, engine runs hot despite of the temperature.
Ignition timing is correct according to documentation but I think that ignition can be more advanced

Jeff Bandola has a new old stock con rod that he thinks it fits a WD Triumph.
He is offering the conrod for just the price of the postage.

Fitted a 130 mainjet and took the bike out for a 25 mile ride.
Still no collor on the plug so engine still running hot.
